A handcrafted Armenian Gabbeh style rug in purple hues, this vibrant Armenian rug is handcrafted in 100% wool and dyed using all natural vegetable based dyes. The weave of this Horizon stock rug is similar to the Iranian Gabbeh with a low pile height. The design of this rug is playful with stripes of color fitted together like an abstract jigsaw puzzle. The creation of this design is unique and unlike any other process we use where the weavers design the patterns themselves. The colorway of this rug uses varying hues of purple and pink, reminiscent of a bamboo forest at a brilliant twilight sunset.
