The sturdy mango wood legs have been hand-turned and support a woven jute seat that bears an elegant symmetrical diamond design. Jute is a great material as it is a rain-fed crop that has little need for fertiliser or pesticides. A natural vegetable fibre, it can be spun into strong and durable threads.
