The Rare Weaves: Kazak collection draws inspiration from antique patterns. This collection is a nod to the history of Caucasian Armenian carpet weaving. Each rug is hand-made using the nomadic style wool warp and wept foundation of high-quality Armenian wool. The Kazak designs hail from the western region of Armenia. The collection offers rugs in various sizes, each featuring vibrant colors and bold, archetypal designs. Each rug is one-of-a-kind and made outside of Yerevan, Armenia.

This Karachopf III rug shares characteristics with antique Karachoph Caucasian rugs, it includes an octagonal central medallion with four rectangles in each of the corners of the rug with star figures inside, and a decorative border. This Karachopf III rug was handcrafted in Armenia of 100% wool using our plush Kazak weave which has a pile height around a third of an inch, and features a lovely deep green field and vibrant ivory border. The center octagonal medallion is a rich, deep red with accents of muted yellow, red and dark green. KARACHOPF III measures approximately 5′ x 7′ and is available for immediate delivery.
