Fredericia OX Lounge Chair by Hans J. Wegner

A personal favorite of Hans Wegner and featured in his own home, the Ox Chair is an iconic statement piece with an undeniable presence. Its distinctive ox horn headrest along with its voluminous body challenged the understated aesthetics of Danish design at the time of its introduction in 1960. The Ox demonstrates Wegner’s organic, artistic approach to furniture and his desire to redefine traditional seating.
